This Privacy Policy describes how Mr Roboto LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Sandy, our family task assistant service ("Sandy" or the "Service"). Sandy is accessible through multiple channels including email, web, and optional SMS text messaging.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Sandy, we collect the following types of information:

• Contact information: Your name, email address, and — if you opt in to SMS — your mobile phone number.
• Message content: Communications you send to Sandy, including task requests, responses, and photos or documents you share for processing, across any channel you choose to use.
• Family information: Names, relationships, and scheduling preferences you share with Sandy to help coordinate family tasks.
• Calendar data: If you connect a Google Calendar, Sandy accesses calendar events to provide scheduling assistance and reminders.
• Task and interaction history: Records of tasks Sandy has completed on your behalf, including provider interactions and scheduling outcomes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Sandy service:

• To process your task requests and coordinate with service providers on your behalf.
• To manage your family calendar and provide relevant reminders.
• To extract dates and events from documents and photos you share with Sandy.
• To send you communications via your chosen channel(s), including task confirmations, appointment reminders, and scheduling suggestions.
• To improve Sandy's ability to assist your family based on your task history and preferences.

3. SMS Text Messaging

SMS text messaging is one of several optional channels through which you can interact with Sandy. If you choose to opt in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages at the phone number you provide. Message types include task confirmations, appointment reminders, and scheduling suggestions. Message frequency varies based on your activity, typically 2–10 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers you request: When you ask Sandy to book an appointment or coordinate with a provider, Sandy shares relevant details (your name, contact information, and scheduling preferences) with that provider to complete the task.
• Technology infrastructure: We use third-party services to operate Sandy, including Twilio (SMS delivery, for users who opt in to SMS), Anthropic (AI processing), Google (calendar integration), and Supabase (data storage). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data storage, secure API communications, and access controls.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your Sandy account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you opt out of SMS by replying STOP, we cease text messaging immediately. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@heysandy.ai.

7. Children's Privacy

Sandy is designed for use by parents and guardians to manage family logistics. Sandy does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. When parents share their children's names and schedules with Sandy, this information is treated as part of the parent's family account and protected accordingly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@heysandy.ai.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via your preferred communication channel before the changes take effect.
