Though our targeted outcomes vary from project to project, our process stays consistent.

Stage One: Insight Synthesis | Employ creative mind mapping, market intelligence, and historical data analyzation to identify key value drivers, future possibilties, and lay a foundation for informed decision-making and innovative strategy development.

Stage Two: Systematic Roadmapping | Clarify objectives, simplify a business to its value drivers, and reverse-engineer a detailed, actionable roadmap for the next 3-18 months — serving as not just a plan, but a dynamic tool that adapts and evolves, guiding a venture through growth and change with agility and confidence.

Stage Three: Dynamic Optimization or Preparation for Sale. | Oversee execution to a roadmap with a proactive approach to performance analysis and strategy adjustment — creating a culture of agility, efficiency and operational excellence that sets new standards within any venture.

Stage Four: Sell or Scale On. | If a business owner determines an exit is the desired outcome, we broker and manage the acquisition process. Otherwise, we pass off or hire in a team to continue to lead the scaling initiatives.

Our clients pay a simple monthly retainer with no strings attached and if an exit or merger is involved, a brokering fee is negotiated.
